i got like 2500$ for the price of the bike and over 3 grand in accesories for a total of around 6 grand. not bad cuz its totally pimped and a new stock one is about 6 so.

i have about 5000 into mine including the price for mine. once this winter rebuild is done im done spending money on it for awhile. Time to spend it on something else maybe a bigger truck to haul the shee around so i can look twice as cool haha.

Bought er for 1250, last year put 1000 bucks worth of engine work in er, this winter done about 500 bucks of misc. stuff. Not too much but considering im 18 and work at mcdonalds its quite a bit.

i made the mistake of tracking the $$ i have in her. but i didn't think it was a mistake until the wife found that file. anyway, basically $6,000 new, and about $1900 afterwards. that's mods, and general repairs together. $7900, but i'm sure it's just the beginning.

So far I have $3200 in my new project, what sucks is that I dont have anything that can crank, roll or anything close! Maybe another 3 grand just to have something to roll around.

2500 for the quad, and about 700 in parts for now. But... when I bought mine, it needed a new chain and sprockets, cables, skid plate, and more. Plus the RS 200w stator and some new lights didn't help. But... not going to keep track in the future. I don't want to look at it any differently

I have been building mine for about 2 years. Last years teardown was all about the motor. Teardown, port and polish, +4 crank, new clutch. This year it is the complete teardown.

Billet:stator cover,brake resevoir,waterpump cover,clutch insert,and on and on.

Everything chromed(on its way to the shop now )

and a lot of other stuff, i figure about 4000 for the bike and about 3500 after.

Well I have about 9 grand in the bike, then I bought a Weekend Warrior toy hauler trailer to take the bike / camp in the dunes in comfort and a Dodge truck to pull the traailer with the bike to the dunes. Only to add insult to injury I purchased everything new, and financed the truck and trailer, so if I added everything up including the finance charges (interest) I probably have.......oh shit, never mind, I don't want to know. But hell it's fun, and the sad part is I'm getting ready to buy a bigger truck and bigger trailer. Some one help me!

Around $2,000 before I totalled it.

Another $2000-$3000 after I rebuilt it.
