Shee Motor On Mojave?

odd idea but does anyone know if a shee motor will fit on a kawasaki mojave? only reason im asking is cuz my motor went in the kawie, and i was thinkin bout the project. So does anyone know? cuz if it will ill be all for it, as soon as i get a motor of course.

like any other transplate their will be atleast some fabricating. i think you'd be better off getting an elephant to wear a pair of pants, not trying to kill the spirit here though *wink*

Why would you even think of this? The mojave is a much smaller machine and handles like a rock.

i thought bout it cuz i have the mojave hanging around so i figured if it would work it would be cool to do

it can most certainly be done, but there are a few things that should be considered. will the frame be able to handle the power? do you have the skills needed to perform this transplant? do you have the time and money to do it? to me i dont think it would be worth it at all. however, if you have a ton of money and tons of time to spare hell go right ahead. you will definetely have a unique quad.

i dont have TONS of money but i have a job, but becuz the job is only in the summer, i have the winter to work on it when i get the money

i say i would rather put an EX 500 ninja motor in it

why i say that motor is that its the motor wich its based off of

the majove is basiclly a 500 ninja motor cut in half

or a KX250 dirtbike motor

 

 

but since you have a dead mojave motor maybe i can buy a few parts off you to put on my mojave

my mojave needs some serious TLC and a few new parts if you woudl be intrested in parting out the dead motor

I rode one of those thing once I did say once. They have no suspension compared to the sheee. AAAnd the stock shee is limited.

I figure the first thing you should buy if your going to do it is a kiddney belt.

It took kawasaki a long time to change too a new model.I dont really know why?

put in a 125 dirtbike engine in it, its small enough to fit and it would tear u around

see if u can find a tecate engine for it that would be better than ruining a good shee motor or use a kx250 thats what alot of kawi racers dis in the 90s to keep up with banshees 250r quadracers
