Torn66 Posted February 11, 2004 Report Share Posted February 11, 2004 they are designed for a completely different geometry- I have seen alot of people bolting them up- and yes they will be better than stock- but its worth plunking down the extra for good afermarket shocks I have had both bikes and AXIS PEP stock and stock YFZ and there is no comparison w/ the better shocks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
locogato11283 Posted February 17, 2004 Report Share Posted February 17, 2004 the yfz450 shocks are going on ebay fairly reasonable i think. im pretty sure i saw some for like 250 the other day. im sure they would be a ton better than stock shocks at a pretty decent price.
