got1banshee Posted February 8, 2004 Report Posted February 8, 2004 I went and bought some new grips, levers, clutch cable, 927 oil, engine ice, and a mesuring cup. I have a question about the engine ice. Are there suppose to be little white floaty things in it??? Quote
locogato11283 Posted February 8, 2004 Report Posted February 8, 2004 i use water wetter. i know in my predator it seemed to work really well. ive never used engine ice tho. where did you get all of your stuff you bought? Quote
STLBILL Posted February 8, 2004 Report Posted February 8, 2004 Hi guys: The Official Engine Ice Web Site has some FAQs with a description only a chemist would love... but nothing about floating white things. It also has some contact information that may be useful to you. Regards, Bill Quote
got1banshee Posted February 8, 2004 Author Report Posted February 8, 2004 Some of it I ordered from Rockymountain and some I got from Freedom Cycle in Grandview Missouri Quote
Otis Posted February 8, 2004 Report Posted February 8, 2004 I just went to my garage and checked my (unopened) jug of engine Ice. It looks like someone hocked a loogie in there.....ewwwwww... so yeah i guess there's supposed to be. Quote
FadedDreams Posted February 8, 2004 Report Posted February 8, 2004 It won't cause any harm.I had the same thing in mine when i bought some one time.I emailed the company and they said its normal. If you shake it up they dissolve.I think they said its the anti-foaming chemical or something like that, not sure.
