keihin 33 pwk

Just received a new pair of keihin 33 pwk and really not sure how to access the needle jet. I've tried looking up anything about replacements. I am used to the Mikuni its always had. Just want to confirm what they are set at. 

Any help would be great!!

Make sure you have a firm hold of the clip when you pull it off the needle. If it bounces away you’ll never find it.
