itsmyforte
do you have a jet kit or not? you said " 4th clip on jet kit" i assume you mean needle jet, and its on the 4th position down from the fat end? you should be in the ball park, if your running dual pods with no air box better throw in a 300 (kehin main) and see what happens. BenBB
I'd start a little richer, like 320 or 330 mains, 30 pilots, airscrews 1.5 turns out, and leave the needle where it's at now. Should be a safe starting point and you can dial it in from there. Good luck.

I'd go to a 300-310 and check your plugs after running wide open in 6th gear for 5-10 seconds. That'll tell all.....

The needle is just a needle, there is no jet for the needles....You can't put a Keihin jet in a mikuni carb...and the sizes are totally different... spoin39
I would go to a 300 main with the K&N dual setup and maybe go to a 27.5 pilot to account for the airflow. Like any jetting issue, you have to dial it in for your bike!
psd1
My bet is on the 310...possibly a 320! Let us know what you end up with!
