which bore to choose from

I was having issues with my banshee starting , and once it did the right piston would start to pop so I checked the reeds and looked into the cylinder and the piston was chiped so now I decided to go with a bigger bore size . I was thinking a .08 over stock  with a stock crank , I mostly do trail riding and some dunes. Just wanted to get some opinions on which bore is best for what I do .
