When I bought my banshee, it only had one threaded block still on the frame and obviously no pegs at all.
so I ordered a set of alba nerf bars and pegs. They finally came in.

Gunna make some threaded inserts on the lathe when I get off work and hopefully get em welded on.
I’ve got the front made, just need to do the rear two.

I’d rather make em than buy a set.

had a couple different ideas, first thought was an all thread through the frame for the rear. But all thread would be to small for the size of the hole in the frame. Then I thought about a shaft the same size as the hole in the frame with the right size stud turned and threaded.

but I’ll Probly just end up making individual inserts

Short cut. This guy already has dimensions for you.

I saw that a while back but didn’t find it. So I just winged it. I didn’t go back to factory spec because I didn’t see any sense in running an extra spacer to mount my alba nerf bars.

so I just made em the correct size for what I had
