SKEETER Posted May 25, 2019 Report Posted May 25, 2019 Carbs need modded & billet larger bowls(if you run a fuel pump, not needed, usually.pingel fuel valve, depending on what domes you currently have, possibly new domes, can run some more timing as well. What exactly do you have done so far, I'm assuming you are going to be drag racing ? Quote
Bobbybrown2018 Posted May 25, 2019 Author Report Posted May 25, 2019 Currently it's my trail bike but I got out ran by my friends built raptor so I. Trying to squeeze some more power out of it it's a 4 mil with OEM ported cylinders I have a pump gas head in it now but I had a OEM head cut for alky but idk what I need for the carbs to make them run alky Quote
SKEETER Posted May 25, 2019 Report Posted May 25, 2019 Wasting time. Alky ain't gonna make enough difference to justify . Get cyls ported Quote
SKEETER Posted May 25, 2019 Report Posted May 25, 2019 Misread it, what porting ? What carbs? Alky only gonna give you about 10% gain. Doubt itll be enough to accomplish what you're after.. Quote
Bobbybrown2018 Posted May 25, 2019 Author Report Posted May 25, 2019 I was told it was in between a trail and a drag port I am running pj34 carb Quote
SKEETER Posted May 25, 2019 Report Posted May 25, 2019 Going alcohol will be more trouble than it's worth. And you'll still be slower. Quote
