400 power valve cheetah top end kit- trinity sundahl banshee- Rocky Moran’s motor

Recommended Posts

This is a fresh rebuilt, complete top end 400 Cheetah Kit for Yamaha Banshee Motor with powervalves. This is a chance to purchase an extremely rare Cheetah powervalve set up, which is superior in broadness of power through entire range, compared to CUBS, SERVALS, etc., due to powervalve set up. Nikasil cylinders.  This came out of Rocky Moran's Dean Sundahl, famous Trinity Banshee (bike shown in pictures).  Top end has been prepped and bored by CT Racing, and comes complete with complete new piston & ring kit, gaskets, (head o rings which are not pictured) new V Force reed petal kit, cleaned and serviced powervalves, powder coated Cheetah Head, and Keihin big carbs (approximately 34mm). Work was completed in April of 2019, receipt to be provided to Buyer, and Buyer can call CT or Trinity directly to discuss this package.  Everything is fresh and ready to go, only the carbs need to be cleaned and jetted to buyers end package, carbs were brand new 7 months ago and have been used one time and are a 500 dollar value, alone. This motor was set up to be stock stroke, 400 CC's and put out 93 HP on Trinity's Dyno when configured with Stage 4 pipes, 34 MM Carbs, Dyna FS ignition.  Can be used for drag or play, I used it as a dune bike, it was featured in Dirtwheels magazine and comes out of a $20,000.00 show bike. Call rocky: 949 300 5817. Here is the link to the eBay listing:

Appreciate the interest. I saw the email you sent me through eBay so I will make sure to reply to that but given that I’ve got just over a day left on the auction, I’m probably going to play it out to see what kind of price I get, to see if I hit my reserve. If I don’t hit it I’m going to sell it anyways so I will let you know. In speaking with CT they told me that any of the small marks on the dome are purely cosmetic and won’t affect performance and reliability. I will make sure the end buyer has a conversation directly with them to verify this.
