Toomey T5 or FMF Fatties

Alright guys. This could be more of an opinion than anything. I have a set of T5's and a set of Fatties. I'm wondering what people like better. What differences on performance could I see? Currently have the Fatties in and it runs really nice. 

Right now I'm running the following.

 

V-Force 3 reeds

Reed spacers 

K&N pods with outer wears

Moose boost bottle

(Not sure if boost bottle and spacers are a gimmick but they came with the quad)

I like fattys, seems most like t5’s.

 

If you have them swamp them check your jetting and let us know what you like better...

I like fattys as well, depends on your riding too id say you will get a few more revs out of the t5s, t5s sound nice too.

T5s will rev higher but will not make more hp and will make less torque. Check the 2004 build thread where they’re compared on a serval.

The time it took to make this post you coulda had em half swapped over....if you have them, try the t5s and see what YOU like.  :shrug:

My first Banshee had the original FMF gold pipe, they was a little better than FMF Fatty and T5's before and after porting.

Thanks for the responses. Compiling all info, had to go with the FMF's.  I got her out on the snow after some upgrades and it runs great low through high. The sound is growing on me as well. (Toomeys still sound better though 😉)

 

I run Toomey T6 on my other Shee. Seems like low end suffers too much for my liking but I'm still tweaking that one so we'll see.
