Clutch Cover- to vent or not to vent

Good morning gurus, lay it on me, do you run the vent or block it on your clutch cover? What is your opinion and why?

You guys just plug it with a piece of plastic or does someone make a plug for it?

Just seen the plug off kit. I’m going to use a piece of rubber for the clutch side and back of engine

Plug it. The crank case also vents under the rear engine mount.

maybe im understanding u wrong but if you plug both vents u wont like the results. the trans and clutch area need vented. since they communicate with each other u can just use the vent at the rear of the cases

Do I need to run a hose up to the bars or can I let it hang?

u dont even need a hose if u dont want. but to the question just put the hose were ever is convenient

take the whole clutch cover off and press the vent valve under the water pump cover and put a block off plate on it. Saves weight..
