97Screamer Posted July 30, 2017 Report Posted July 30, 2017 I've been collecting parts for a 4mil build for a while and almost ready to get started. One of the last pieces I need in the crank. I have stock bore 4 mil cylinders ported by HJR I bought from another member. I was thinking of going with a HJR crank and having Kevin cut some domes for me. I noticed the HJR cranks are ~$100 cheaper than most places sell the hot rods. I'm all for saving money but wanted to know if there is anything I should be concerned with in terms of quality or longevity. Anyone have any experience with the HJR 4mil long rod crank? Anyone know what brand they are? Quote
trickedcarbine Posted July 31, 2017 Report Posted July 31, 2017 Hot Rods. Wicked is supposed to be doing cranks now to. Quote

jbooker82 Posted August 7, 2017 Report Posted August 7, 2017 Does Motor City at least throw a little rattle can spray on the cranks before they send them out? Quote
