2007 Banshee rebuild starts

Getting the itch really bad now. Had hoped and planned on doing some carb rebuilding and jetting this long weekend. But good old Canada Post/Canada Customs failed yet again. Pilot jets will not be here till next week. So no break in now for a week or more

But did get rest of parts back from Powder coating (nerf bars, bumper, shifter, brake pedal ECT). Not to sure if I'm liking the DG bumber, like the stock one better.

Finally back at it a bit after summer crash. Installed Wicked intakes, purchased from BHQ member, leak downed all good.
Didn't take a pic but but ground off air box tabs.
Test fitting new 33 Pwk purshased from site sponsor Fast. With the Wicked intakes I have lots of clutch arm actuator clearance.
Next decision for exhaust to run. Was running fmf fatties with this mx pirting but with stock carbs.5b9040da24e787ddcf1230acb46e63f4.jpgd3f9651df14c69deed3876b77496fad0.jpg
