Banshee clutch cover replacement

Hi all,

I bought a polished clutch cover and will try to install it this weekend.

 

I'm still new to repairs myself... So any input will be greatly appreciated!

 

So far I bought a gasket for the water pump , a gasket for the cover and new bolts.

I am also aware that I will need to drain the oil and anti freeze.

In videos I noticed that vent tube, still researching that part....

 

I have two questions,

Will I need any other gaskets or parts?

&

What parts do I need to remove from the old clutch cover and reinstall to the new cover.

I would suggest an entirely new water pump set up. New impeller, bearing, and seal. Your gear may be fine. Also do a new kick starter seal.

 

 

 

Look in to the vent block off plate.

Is this everything? Are these in the cover or on the other side?

Yeah, I'd steer clear of that ModQuad stuff though. The shafts are soft and they wear a groove at the seal.
