They make electric start for cr500s now

Its a canadian company that makes them, they also make new cr500 motors I believe, I have seen them one facebook, I think they are called redline?? i could be wrong.

Didn't know they are making new motors but it's pantera motorsports that's making them

Panthera makes some NASTY cr500 shit. If I keep my cr500 I want to get an electric start

FWIW, my wife has some t3s on her bike, and the silencers had TT stickers on them for years.  They never burnt off, but I ended up removing the stickers and powdering them black.

I was thinking the same thing. Paul Turners, FMFs,etc, all come with stickers on the silencers and many are still intact many years later.

I would think the OP has a problem.

There are stick on temp sensors available, but would need a baseline to know what is normal.

But anyway, I think your EGT are way to high. Needs looking into. IMO

Plug chop, make sure the engine is good and ride the thing. No need to put participation award stickers on the exhaust. I put mine on mom's refrigerator.
