Did you trim the plug wires before installing caps? 1/4" off gives new wire to contact with. Also check the pick-up coil gap and make sure the nubs are rust free.

Pretty hard to check if you are getting spark on one cylinder as the Banshee uses a wasted spark. Both plugs fire every 180* of crank rotation.

Easy, swap plug lead left to right, if there is a fault in the lead, plug cap or rusty nub on the flywheel the fault will swap sides also. If it doesn't I would be looking at the intake carby, boots, gaskets, etc & make sure there nothing blocking or restricting the exhaust.

It's the right cylinder thats giving me the problem. Its firing but not burning the fuel. Changed all electrical with no luck. Changed carbs around. No luck. Changed reeds. No luck.Raw fuel is coming out of the pipe on that cylinder
