Zilla just reeds and needle. Just ran domes. Lost a little. Leaner mid range on afr. Just changed the main jet to 140 now to try and straighten it back out . Getting ready to run.

Didn't seem to like the dome change with a bigger jet either.. 20cc domes on 110 with vf2s was the sweet spot.

Final jetting is 135 main-52-4th-2.5

That got us 85/51

That is because drag racing is a package deal. The horsepower is just one small piece of the puzzle. You have clutch tuning, chassis setup, traction, gearing, etc.

Not in this case. The hp (and tq) that was on the dyno was not at the track. I guess it fell out of the trailer!! I know of K&T a few years ago saying they had found more power on the dyno with some of theirs, but had to go back to old setup.

I know exactly what your talking about j . It's good for a reference but any form of drag you need to read plugs on the fly and jet for your distance and load . I'm not savy with dynoes is this brake dyno your testing on

What reeds did the vf2s replace?

 

85/51 is awesome final number, serval power at a way cheaper price. Nice bikd.

 

 i woul love to have seen a dyno on the hp cylinders wit the snipers, shearers, and cpi pipes.

Im sure that is something that you will be able to see sometime in the near future. 

They replaced vf3's...

Word around the water cooler is that they still arent as good as the vf2s..

Yeah they don't make as much peak. But the last set of peddles that went out on my 2s I couldn't justify spending 120 for peddles when all new 4s are 180.

Bike should be a ball to ride tho.

Now you really have me contemplating selling my stock cylinder/cpi set up for this set up.
