I had a similar problem n it was a 5$ fix 2 things make sure tht you have the fly wheel key in right first clean carbs make sure you put the carbs on the right side and don't 4 get the cross over tube

I've never had th flywheel off. it Was running right not too long ago. I dont have a flywheel puller so I haven't tried to pull it

Thts exactly what happen to me bike was running great then one side exhaust was firing harder then the other changed the cdi,coil,jets,needle position everything then I bought a fly wheel puller and took off the fly wheel and noticed the woodruff key was gone thts what keeps it in sync might wunna check it fly wheel pullers are cheap and so are the fly wheel key always go from cheapest to most expensive learned tht the hard way

I had the cover off and the flywheel had no free play on it didn't look at the key. I had the nut off too to see of of was loose. to me it seems like the right cylinder is getting no fuel. and I know my carbs are in perfect working order. it Wil run and crank up first kick if I put some premix in the spark plug holes. for like 2 seconds. but my reeds look fine

pilot jet is the one on he float? or the small one next to main. not only did these carbs come off of a running shee. but everything has been disassembled and soaked. and I have blown air and carb cleaner through every possible passageway and jet

there is no rag in it. I cannot for the life of me figure this out. and I've had every thing checked out and I and no one else can find a reasonable explanation. is it possible for reeds to look perfectly good and simply not open. the right cylinder is getting no gas whatsoever
