  1. Idk what I did but it started running again. and perfect. faster than ever. last thing I had done was test the ohms and it was good. Idk. but Im so happy. thank all of y'all. I have no clue what it was. but its running. Sent from my XT901 using Tapatalk
  2. thanks for the excellent response Sent from my XT901 using Tapatalk
  3. where do I test it at? Sent from my XT901 using Tapatalk
  4. the previous owner said it say for 2 years so he put on a new stator and it fired right up. I haven't taken the flywheel off but I did take the cover and the nut off and shined a light on it and the key looked good. I popped the exhaust off and blew threw it and it seemed good. is there a way I can test my stator before buying a new one? because this one makes great spark. Sent from my XT901 using Tapatalk
  5. I wouldn't wish whatever this issue is on my worst enemy. Sent from my XT901 using Tapatalk
  6. 93 pump gas. fresher than fresh Sent from my XT901 using Tapatalk
  7. I had my friend who's a technician on Yamaha's who has his own shop up the road stop bye and he had his hand at going through and looking at everything for a few hours. he saying it has to be in due delivery. but cant be in the carbs. and he said the reeds look good. ran leak down and compression test again. both are great. he brought a set of stock carbs that we know run. and that also didn't work Sent from my XT901 using Tapatalk
  8. I would try that but its not been hitting at all recently. youre probably gonna think this is retarded but I go frustrated and loosened the reed screws a half of a turn to where the reeds has to allow gas in. put it back together and kicked it. pulled plugs they're wet. didn't hit. but if I had it tight and put a lid of gas in each cylinder. kick it. it runs for 2 seconds before dying. makes no sence Sent from my XT901 using Tapatalk
  9. I'm really considering a 2 Into 1 setup Sent from my XT901 using Tapatalk
  10. every reed issue I've ever had involved cracked and bent reeds. these reeds look perfect. its acting like its not letting any gas in. Sent from my XT901 using Tapatalk
  11. you don't even feel the half. I've never been this defeated at any engine issue. and I'm a mechanic on Chevrolets. I wouldn't think so because when it was running it was blowing/pumping out cold air out of that side Sent from my XT901 using Tapatalk
  12. yes. it was within tolerance Sent from my XT901 using Tapatalk
  13. synced them back. still not hitting at all Sent from my XT901 using Tapatalk
