I'm doing a complete overhaul this winter. I just stripped my chassis down for powdercoat so I can complement the redline super serval cub that will be sitting in it. I want to cut off the unessesary tabs. The only ones I can think of right now is stock exhaust and coolant overflow reservoir tabs. If anyone can throw some input on that with some detailed explanation, that would be great. Also, while I'm at the bare bone frame, is there any areas of the chassis that I should double check for cracks, like weak points or vulnerable welded components? I appreciate it fellas.

The big heap of junk that the footpegs mount to can be replaced with a pro-peg insert.

Is this beast already built?  Give us some details of the motor build. :)

I want to move this conversation to general banshee discussion. I created a thread called "My Build Thread, Redline 10mil Super Serval Cub on 110". Please stay tuned guys, your not going to want to miss the final product, I promise.

I went over my frame and 3 things that caught my attention was the steering stop gets bent forward over time, the stock swingarms crack and I had cracks around the rear shock mount on the frame. If you really wanted to go over it with a fine tooth comb buy some crack developer after you get it stripped
