Always start a Banshee in neutral! TRY that first

Pull Both plugs and kick and see if fuel sprays out, if it was full of fuel -that's hydro locking

Try comp test again with both plugs out, throttle wide open, kick until needle stops climbing.

If the cylinders are full of fuel you need to find out why. The issue will be in the carbs, float height, bad needle or seat. Thats all that could cause that issue.

Okay so I'm looking at it I pulled both plugs, and there's nothing coming out. I out my hand over the holes and there both pushing air out so. Anyone have any idea when I crank it, it sounds like plungers

I swear I just had this convo with you in the oil mix thread. That being said, SLOW DOWN and go back through the carbs per the manual and pay special attention to float height.

At 60/90 it makes no difference wtf anything else is. Most will tell you to do a leak down before tear down. I don't mess with that shit, but it's your choice. Pull it apart.

^ That. I'm surprised it even started.

I believe that compression reading screwy. It wouldn't have started right up without being pull started.
