BANSHEERSA Posted August 10, 2015 Report Posted August 10, 2015 Jus had this happen 2 weeks ago and fixed it Now it happened again but this time ì can't get the actuator out or the push rod ?? I have the pancake barring to put in this time? But how come it did it again? And how do i get the rod out? Sent from my SM-G900P using Tapatalk Quote
1999shee Posted August 10, 2015 Report Posted August 10, 2015 Just had the same thing happen.(just putting mine back together) your actuator wont come out because the push rod has mushroomed at the end and is blocking the actuator from coming out ....sorry to say but ur gonna have to pull it out and split the cases ..That's the only way to get that rod out. YES PUT THE PANCAKE BEARING IN ! My bearing was welded to the adjuster and the rod was mushroomed and welded to the actuator. Not sure how u did yours but I let someone ride mine that did not know how to ride a clutch and shift gears properly so he either didn't shift at all or held the clutch in all the time and it seized it. Good luck ! Quote
trickedcarbine Posted August 10, 2015 Report Posted August 10, 2015 Split the cases. That is the only way. It did it again because you are using the clutch to much in decel situations. Find a gear and leave it or put it in neutral for long coasing deceleration. Quote
hoppedupandcutdown Posted August 10, 2015 Report Posted August 10, 2015 Did you grease it all up before re-installing it? Quote
