Strm Trpr Posted August 4, 2015 Report Posted August 4, 2015 I'm going to install my new Fireball HD +2 swingarm and at the same time, I'm going to swap my Dominator RPM Axle off my 87 onto my 02 and I need a new axle lock nut.What do you guys recommend?I'd like a set it and forget it deal.Not something that's going to need regular attention. We just backed them off, cleaned the threads, applied locktite and wrenched them. The previous owner tore them up, looks like he used a chisel to drive them loose and may have got it out of round, might be why they wont stay. Quote

Need to tighten the first one. Like I said, my outer axle nut right now is borderline destroyed. open end wrench wont fit it because of how badly the last guy tore it up. He destroyed most of the bike really. I'm doing my best to fix it all Quote
