Banshee high revs

So I pulled the carbs off and cleaned them. Now right cylinder won't fire properly. It does run. But not very well. And I noticed an oil leak from the shift spline...after I went riding for a Lil bit...now my bike won't down shift. Only will shift from 5th to 6th or vice versa

Unless you are willing to test your engine, at least post pics of the hole in the piston when it melts down.

Did you get a Clymers repair manual yet? There is some kind of pdf manual on here somewhere, no, I'm not going to google that for you too.

I'm sending the bike to my buddies shop. Too complicated for me. I'm more of a hands on guy. I'll watch him do it. Then I'll know how. Apparently the banshee has a known issue of shift shaft problems. There's a place called f.a.s.t in Kentucky that sells a kit that fixes that problem. Definitely gonna order it tomorrow along with a gasket kit. Smaller jets. Thanks for all the help guys.
