tasman_08 Posted May 9, 2015 Report Posted May 9, 2015 Since I've bought this banshee I've noticed that it has shifted hard but after splitting my case I noticed that it's gotten a little worse like my clutch wasn't engaging all the way. I was out riding it and all of a sudden my clutch lost all of its resistance but it comes and goes as I'm riding it... Any ideas? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Quote
lil Doobie420 Posted May 9, 2015 Report Posted May 9, 2015 Take the cover off inspect everything and adjust it. Quote
tasman_08 Posted May 9, 2015 Author Report Posted May 9, 2015 I inspected under the cover everything looks good I tried adjusting my cable but that didn't do anything could it have something to do with where it goes into my case? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Quote
tasman_08 Posted May 9, 2015 Author Report Posted May 9, 2015 Could it be a stretched out cable Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Quote
tasman_08 Posted May 9, 2015 Author Report Posted May 9, 2015 Even when I push on the piece that the cable attaches to on the top of my case it won't engage Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Quote
Larry's Shee Posted May 9, 2015 Report Posted May 9, 2015 Technically what you're describing is that it won't disengage. Could be grooves in clutch basket, bad pusher, worn rod, out of adjustment. Quote
satts Posted May 9, 2015 Report Posted May 9, 2015 Use the eccentric screw in middle of pressure plate to line up the arrows on the actuator arm and top case ,inspect your pushrods and ball when you have pressure plate off grease em up a bit too, Quote
tasman_08 Posted May 10, 2015 Author Report Posted May 10, 2015 Alright I'll give that a shot thanks Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Quote
