Billits put the carbs at a suitable angle to clear the clutch arm and they are just fancier lookin. UPP makes rubber boots that will replace stockers. That would be the way to go if you don't have bigger carbs?

Some of the intakes also have the cross over built into them. If you still want to run the cross over.. Not sure if anyone makes a rubber version that has the cross over built in or not

No need for it. There are even individual billits. None the less, if you're running rubber intakes they need to be upp and if you're running Billit, it should have genuine mikuni boots on it.

oem will last 10+ yrs before you have any problem with deterioration or cracking. theyre also cheaper than UPP and billits. nothing agaisnt UPP but if your sure you want to stay with stock carbs and dont need a bunch of bling then i would just pick up some new oem manifolds and call it a day
