As you seem to want a max clearance arm, I'm assuming they are for woods riding. Any bike that truly benefits an arm like that should probably only have +2 arms. +3 is just to much for woods riding. There is a reason GNCC bikes are not as wide as the motocross stuff.

At the start of this post you indicated that your first intent was to set it up for MX, then desert and duning.

 

If you want the best handling performance you will want a 4-1 wheel for less bump steer and more precise steering.

 

Personally, for an MX intent, I would go with +3's

I run the laegers stock travel plus 2 front end with elka's, love it, I have 3/2 front rims and 4/1's

the 4/1 setup offers noticeably less bump steer.  I usually adjust the axle to the rims aswell.

Thanks savage.. maybe its a good thing you didnt my right one was leaking before i even opened the plastic bag it was in so i had to send it back. I'll be getting the other set up pretty soon hopefull which ill post pictures of didnt go with Fox shocks on the other one.
