Horrible stuff. Use a motorcycle trans oil. Atf does not protect gears scuffing and you will see accelerated wear on primaries and trans gears. i use belray with no trans failures to date. Overrides shift good and dont burn up. Ran atf 1 season. Never again. The gears had way to much wear for my liking. http://www.belray.com/bel-ray-engine-oil-bel-ray-gear-oil-differences-explained

I dont see nothing wrong with type f if you change it often. it grabs the best imo. belray is also good. as well as a few others. not really sold on the motor oil etc.. tried it once, my clutch slipped instantly.
