lcole2653 Posted November 30, 2014 Report Posted November 30, 2014 Does anybody know of a aftermarket lower conrol arm that will let me run YFz Shocks on my Banshee and still have stock ride height, I had them on my 91 but didn't like the extra height, and for my riding I don't want longer a-arms... Somebody told me they where making lower a arms to fix the height problem but I can't find them...... Thanks for your help Quote
Nieskes Posted November 30, 2014 Report Posted November 30, 2014 Buy the proper banshee setup, don't cheap out with the yfz junk. Do some searching on here before asking questions, this has been answered about 1,000 times. Quote
trickedcarbine Posted November 30, 2014 Report Posted November 30, 2014 Fireball finally came out with a set of arms to work with the 450 shocks. It has a different perch on the lower arm to compensate. Give them a call. Quote
lcole2653 Posted December 1, 2014 Author Report Posted December 1, 2014 Thanks for the TIP about Fireball A Arms I will call them tomorrow, I'm really not try to cheap out I have the shocks and just want a better ride without going any wider, I ride in the woods not the dunes and the wider set up would not work for my use Quote
trickedcarbine Posted December 1, 2014 Report Posted December 1, 2014 That may require custom order Quote
thomas h. Posted February 7, 2015 Report Posted February 7, 2015 You can make them work with stock, just lower the mount on the a arm then use a limit strap to catch the a arm befor it binds the ball joints. Use an angle finder for be for and after on your lower A arm arm angles. Quote

kawa110 Posted February 7, 2015 Report Posted February 7, 2015 Yes put a ratchet strap...... .... Quote
Larry's Shee Posted February 8, 2015 Report Posted February 8, 2015 Lots of off road rigs use limit straps. But in this case correct shit would work better Quote
sprinklerman Posted February 8, 2015 Report Posted February 8, 2015 Suspension droop is overrated. Quote
thomas h. Posted February 8, 2015 Report Posted February 8, 2015 By limit strap do you mean rope or a ratchet strap? Jock strap is the safest way. Quote
