Bennett131 Posted November 14, 2014 Report Posted November 14, 2014 In all fairness to Jerry, my issues were with a different style head.True but I would imagine the stud holes were all in the same place, however I can't be certain. Quote
sheesfast Posted November 14, 2014 Report Posted November 14, 2014 My Chariot wouldn't come close to dropping on my Serval cylinders. Jerry said bent studs or cylinder studs not drilled straight. Stock head dropped right on though. Ended up drilling all holes out (17/64th I think) and got it to work. Quote
sheesfast Posted November 14, 2014 Report Posted November 14, 2014 Not knocking his products either. Love the one piece design, it was just a pain to make fit. It's worked fine since I got it on and he was quick to answer my e-mails about my issues. Quote
trickedcarbine Posted November 14, 2014 Report Posted November 14, 2014 so looks more to be like a on going common prob... well see what comes out of it.... the only time I heard of issues before this thread was from tricked... lol... people need to speak up when their not taken care of IMO < had balls to say it and show photos. ^ NO BALLS. Lol Quote
sheesfast Posted November 14, 2014 Report Posted November 14, 2014 Oem head holes are bigger than the Chariots. Never compared the Chariot to my Pro-Design though. Quote
trickedcarbine Posted November 14, 2014 Report Posted November 14, 2014 He claims they are that tight so they don't move. OEM Suzuki studs should fix it..... Quote
gusto Posted November 15, 2014 Report Posted November 15, 2014 i am probably the only one on this site running a D&D. It has been absolutely trouble free and i like the two piece design. Quote
jriffe23 Posted November 15, 2014 Report Posted November 15, 2014 From what I see online, the d&d is similar to the noss. Noss head FTW. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Quote

trickedcarbine Posted November 17, 2014 Report Posted November 17, 2014 So you sent him a PM and he fixed the problem? Quote
Bennett131 Posted November 17, 2014 Report Posted November 17, 2014 Says no stud removal, and certainly doesn't say anything about using oem suzuki studs. Quote
sprinklerman Posted November 17, 2014 Report Posted November 17, 2014 Never had issues with mine.... Quote
red96shee Posted November 17, 2014 Report Posted November 17, 2014 Is 150 bucks a good deal for a brand new chariot cool head. Quote
J.J. Posted November 17, 2014 Report Posted November 17, 2014 My Chariot Super Duty head fits tight and has to be perfectly aligned before it drops down with a push. No issues at all. If your motor is stock, consider spending the money elsewhere. Quote
