I don't really have a budget I have assumptions but they only go so far. We will all go through this journey together lol

I have always went by the word of thumb. If your budget wouldnt allow you to build two of them then youll be stretching just to build one. Basically set a budget then multiply it by two. That is about what you will spend

Here's what happens.... You build it, you have fun building it, then you ride it... The novelty wears off, you sell it... You take a few years off and the process starts again...
