So they now they get the forging of the rods from Taiwan, get them sent here, machine them, then send them back to Taiwan to be assembled? That's atleast what I took from the video. If you know what to look for in the videos, all the boxes of bearings and rods are Taiwan boxes. If they forged or assembled there own stuff believe me they would have showed it

Cheaper to not end up in a Denny wang crisis. The rod is about the most important part of those cranks. Second to only the bearings I guess. Everything else can pretty much be junk but the rods and bearings need to be honky approved.
