Dm cylinder question

I have found some dm cylinders ported by A&S for a good price. My question is about the holes drilled into the intake neck. Are these for nitrous? And can they be plugged and how? Thanks

Yes, you can just plug them.

Be sure to find out what rod,piston, and gasket combo they were running if you can. piecing one together gets confusing. it is not like building a 4mill

Ok thanks for the advice. Most likely I will go with a builder to put it together. I've seen these built on stock cases but idk if that's the route I should go

Be aware that you can get billet cases with non std deck heights. getting as much build info as possible when buying used ported cylinders is nice. its not always the case but there are some very non std builds out there in the larger engines.

Yeah they will. it would just be helpfull to know in case a good crank comes up for sale and or cases. you getting cylinders or head and domes also?

18DM belongs in billet cases. End of story.
