Case saver sprocket size

Delrin isnt cheap if you buy a large chunk of it with the intent to make numerous parts.

A 1inch thick 12x12 sheet is approx $140.00 and you can get about 6 modquad style case savers from it. Modquad style is 7.5 inches tall and 3.5-4 inches wide. If you're creative, you can offset the pattern and get 2 savers for every 1/3 of the sheet.

Cotton branch uses about a 8 inch tall 7 inch wide piece. Add up the cost of a sheet and labor and you're pretty much seeing why he charges over 100.00 for it.

Prices are retail. And I'm on pain meds. Good day

I can kinda understand the price more now, that delrin material isn't cheap. Then you need to make the actual case saver. 100$ is still to much $ in my eyes.

Let me know how that works out for you. If you can cut a nicer piece for less money, I'll be the first guy to buy one..
