The problem is what does rebuilt include you should find out what was done or just plan on taking it apart to see

The guy seemed like he was a pretty straight forward guy and didn't seem like he was trying to jerk me around. He told me the top and bottom end were both rebuilt. He said it was a total of around $1600-$1800. He never said anything about the clutch though

It looks like someone deleted the TORS. Get rid of the boost bottle before it tears your intakes if it hasn't already.

You should pull the clutch cover off and inspect the inner and outer clutch hubs for grooves and the basket for side to side play.

What replaces the boost bottle?  Sorry if I'm asking stupid questions, this is my first banshee.  Also, I'm thinking the clutch might be my issue

I used some pvc caps that fit in the boots. Little 3bond sealant, clamps, done. Don't need no stinking crossover tube.
