Sandking Posted December 30, 2013 Report Posted December 30, 2013 The problem is what does rebuilt include you should find out what was done or just plan on taking it apart to see Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk Quote
bluebanshee98 Posted December 30, 2013 Report Posted December 30, 2013 The guy seemed like he was a pretty straight forward guy and didn't seem like he was trying to jerk me around. He told me the top and bottom end were both rebuilt. He said it was a total of around $1600-$1800. He never said anything about the clutch thoughNever trust anyone except a good site sponsor or some of the hq members with good feedback Quote
Sandking Posted December 31, 2013 Report Posted December 31, 2013 It looks like someone deleted the TORS. Get rid of the boost bottle before it tears your intakes if it hasn't already. Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk Quote
b.rich108 Posted December 31, 2013 Author Report Posted December 31, 2013 What replaces the boost bottle? Sorry if I'm asking stupid questions, this is my first banshee. Also, I'm thinking the clutch might be my issue Quote
b.rich108 Posted December 31, 2013 Author Report Posted December 31, 2013 deleting the tors is a good thing right? Makes it easier to sync the carbs? Quote

Sandking Posted December 31, 2013 Report Posted December 31, 2013 Tors cause problems its good to delete it Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk Quote
b.rich108 Posted December 31, 2013 Author Report Posted December 31, 2013 Are they the stock carbs? I just ordered a clutch kit. I will put that in and pull the carbs and check the jetting and size hopefully on Saturday. Quote
Sandking Posted December 31, 2013 Report Posted December 31, 2013 You should pull the clutch cover off and inspect the inner and outer clutch hubs for grooves and the basket for side to side play. Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk Quote
Sandking Posted December 31, 2013 Report Posted December 31, 2013 Those are stock carbs just a little dirty Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk Quote
b.rich108 Posted December 31, 2013 Author Report Posted December 31, 2013 Hopefully all that is ok. I should probably expect the worst though Quote
Larry's Shee Posted December 31, 2013 Report Posted December 31, 2013 What replaces the boost bottle? Sorry if I'm asking stupid questions, this is my first banshee. Also, I'm thinking the clutch might be my issue I used some pvc caps that fit in the boots. Little 3bond sealant, clamps, done. Don't need no stinking crossover tube. Quote
