possum Posted September 3, 2013 Report Posted September 3, 2013 75-83, i assume that wasnt on pump gas? You know, stock cylinder drag ported 350s on pump gas can be at 75hp right. Quote
laporta682 Posted September 3, 2013 Author Report Posted September 3, 2013 so a better question would be how big of a difference in power should I be expecting? Quote
n2otoofast4u Posted September 3, 2013 Report Posted September 3, 2013 FFS..... PEOPLE CAN'T BE THIS CLUELESS......EVEN YOUNG PEOPLE CAN'T BE THIS DUMB. FFS THE SHEE IS DAMN NEAR A RELIC IN THIS COUNTRY, YOU CAN'T CONVINCE ME ANYONE IS THIS BLIND. Quote

Jereme6655 Posted September 3, 2013 Report Posted September 3, 2013 yes you will notice a big difference in power. Word to the wise.....porting on banshee's is done in the jug ports......not the head. Also...there is porting for 2 strokes.....not port/polish. As to where you should be against a 686 4stroke.......you shouldn't have a problem with noticing.......but your banshee "should" have no problem in figuring out the performance aspect. Quote
RagunCajun Posted September 3, 2013 Report Posted September 3, 2013 If you cant 60' worth a crap, youll be playing catch up. Quote
laporta682 Posted September 4, 2013 Author Report Posted September 4, 2013 ok guys so I got my quad back, it rips so much more power throughout the rev range but I have a question I really need some feedback on... ONLY on idle I hear a slight knocking noise if I listen very closely anything higher then idle it goes away but it's killing me inside hearing it, somebody make me feel better about this situation and tell me it's normal lol Quote
laporta682 Posted September 4, 2013 Author Report Posted September 4, 2013 seriously though I just spent a good amount of money building this POS I would hate for it to blow on me Quote
sheerider11 Posted September 4, 2013 Report Posted September 4, 2013 So check it out. My builder refused to use a brand new crank because he didn't like the way it spun by hand. So a knocking wouldn't be acceptable Quote
