trickedcarbine Posted June 3, 2013 Report Posted June 3, 2013 Did you do it with a bench wheel and compound, tumbler, dremel? Either way they look good. I love turning dull crap in to shiny bling stuff Quote
sand-a-holic Posted June 3, 2013 Author Report Posted June 3, 2013 Did you do it with a bench wheel and compound, tumbler, dremel? Either way they look good. I love turning dull crap in to shiny bling stuff first with a 1/8th inch die grinder and 1/2in cotton bobs, I run the bob on a piece of 80 grit sand paper until I get whatever shape I need to get into whatever nook or cranie I need to get into, then apply 320grit greasless compound and get all the hard to reach places. Then apply the 320 greasless to a 10in loose buff wheel on bench polisher to get everywhere else. After u get everything to a satin finish repeat steps with red rouge. Quote
trickedcarbine Posted June 6, 2013 Report Posted June 6, 2013 Finish them with some Master Formula and they will look like chrome! Quote
