ATVridinMaNiAc Posted August 23, 2012 Author Report Posted August 23, 2012 Good stuff, i really wanna try the STI or ambush tires. Quote
jbooker82 Posted August 23, 2012 Report Posted August 23, 2012 I had a set of ITP Black watters in a 20x12x8 that hooked up really well. They were super heavy and you could litterly run them with hardly any air. Quote
ATVridinMaNiAc Posted August 23, 2012 Author Report Posted August 23, 2012 you mean the tire every fucking polaris comes with. Lmfao i thought the same thing, my Trailblazer i used to have had them. Quote
fappy'97 Posted August 23, 2012 Report Posted August 23, 2012 dont get the XCR, they fall apart quick. +1 on that. Hook great, but get chewed up so fast... From how mine are wearing so far, I wouldn't buy another set. Fronts are awesome though. Quote
Banshee Chad Posted August 23, 2012 Report Posted August 23, 2012 Lmfao i thought the same thing, my Trailblazer i used to have had them. Exactly. My wifes Trailblazer has em. Pretty knarly tire. And it all depends on application. Quote
ATVridinMaNiAc Posted August 23, 2012 Author Report Posted August 23, 2012 Yea i kinda figured the holeshots wouldnt last long, seems like the only one that will last is an HD, id love to try them though. Quote
fappy'97 Posted August 23, 2012 Report Posted August 23, 2012 My buddy had about 6,500 miles on his RZR2's, don't hook quite as well as the Holeshots, but his lasted a very long time. Mostly gravel pit, sand, and pavement miles. Something to look at if you're really concerned about the life of your tires... Quote
vulvafan537240 Posted August 23, 2012 Report Posted August 23, 2012 My buddy had about 6,500 miles on his RZR2's were they on his daily driver? Quote
ATVridinMaNiAc Posted August 23, 2012 Author Report Posted August 23, 2012 I have razr2s right now, the lifespan isnt the most important thing, but finding a good balance is nice, mine are at abiut 60-70 % now and they dont hookup that good, decent i guess but at least there 6 ply and you can air them down. fappy'97 Posted August 23, 2012 Report Posted August 23, 2012 were they on his daily driver? Lol, I guess you could say that. It now has a little over 9,000 miles on it... Not bad for a 2010 Raptor 700, minus the 2 bottom end rebuilds and 6 top ends... Quote

J-Madd Posted August 23, 2012 Report Posted August 23, 2012 I like holeshots or OEM YFZ450 tires. Quote
ATVridinMaNiAc Posted August 24, 2012 Author Report Posted August 24, 2012 It seems like alot of the tires that have tread spaced pretty far apart work good on banshees, i would think the ITP GNCC would work good, but not sure of longevity. Quote
gomerkfx700 Posted August 28, 2012 Report Posted August 28, 2012 could the ones who voted on the cst ambush tires chime in on how they do as far as wear and hook up they are what im looking at getting since there one of the few i can get in 22's Quote
