what jet sizes do i need from stock pipe to pro curcuit pipes

im at 907ft above sea level and just bought pc pipes and am looking for jetting sizes has stock reeds, carbs, and air box, k&n air filter and bored .050 over!!!

take lid off air box and snorkel. throw in 27.5 pilots and 280 main jet in each carb. your good for the summer. bump up to 300 in winter. that should give you a excellent starting place for your mods elevation ect. plug chop to make sure jetting is correct

I would say the biggest jet you are going to want to run with a stock air box is going to be a 250 or 260. We run 280 to 290 at sea level with dual filters and pipes. 300 is going to be way to big.

At 1100 ft with pc pipes and dual k@ns I had 300 mains for 10 yrs with no problem

i agree with this. i was running 290's with pods at 300' asl.

You run into a bike from time to time that wants a bigger main likes your did but he is still running a air box so there is no way he will be up at a 300 that is just way to big.
