Jereme6655 Posted July 6, 2012 Report Posted July 6, 2012 Someone needs to find the guy that did that to the bike and beat him mercilessly. Good god that bike is fucking ugly. Quote
troyzstang Posted July 10, 2012 Author Report Posted July 10, 2012 In all seriousness. For a brief moment when I picked it up I thought . " I hope no one I know sees this piece of shit in my truck" It's all good though. I pulled the top end off and the piston was in backwards and the wrong size. It does have a brand new Hot Rods crank assemly though. I'll have progress pics up within a few weeks. Troy Quote
troyzstang Posted August 1, 2012 Author Report Posted August 1, 2012 Well it took a couple of weeks but here is the finished product. I focused on cleaning up the bike without investing to much. Considering it's a older bike and the resale isn't much I think I stayed within budget. Total cost was $250.00 $100.00 for bike $ 80 for piston kit $ 40 for cylinder bore $ 20 for a new silencer $ 8.00 for spray paint $ 2.00 for vinyl for seat Glad it done. Troy Quote
