oh ha ha this is my dummy motor it has a trans shaft and sproket, kicker and shifter on it and these junk ass cylinders i use it for mock up it shows were everything really is instead of a engine jig.. the cases have a huge hole in the back of them also its much lighter than a real motor

i do have a set of welded cylinders about ready to go.. they wont be on this pile this is the practice frame so i can figure this all out. gonna drop this off a few hills and abuse it really bad see how it all holds up,, but now we are talking about stretching the yfz +14 in the front and running +4 or 6 on the back suspended.

the cr500 radiator is actually dual row and is the same size as a stock banshee. i'm not worried about running it on a gas motor at all. it will have 2 temp gages on it for testing. on in the radiator itself and one inline on the lower hose to show me temp drop. i dont sit and idle for hours at a time. i ride like i am running from someone!!

BUT i'm now gonna just get a NEW one ( cr85 i think) and make mounts for it as thats what i plan on for the real version.. well maybe money is gonna decide that one for now.. maybe a cr125 1999 radiator also.. just need one that dosent look stupid and makes the pipes not fit like do do i want to be able to sit on the tank like a yfz and actually ride it without feeling my legs burning off from pipes sticking out farther than the front wheels./.

and yea i dont really care that much about this one its the "test mule" if it snaps in half i'll know what to do differnt next time.. if it holds up ok from the test motor i might throw this ole crappy 421 cub i have in it for sandfes.
