made a skid plate

Recommended Posts

Did you put anything on your brackets to protect the paint? Does it fit tite to bottom of frame? Where did you get the plate? Tractor supply was crazy expensive.

i just put the brackets right on the frame...i got them at a local haedware store in the plumbing dept.

it fit nice and snug to the frame i had to put a slight bend in the plate because the bottom of the frame is curved

got my plate at the local steel/scrap yard for 1.70 a lb i paid like 16 bucks for thos 2 pieces
