VictorK Posted September 12, 2010 Report Posted September 12, 2010 I don't have a over ride or lock up and I'm wondering if its ok to keep the throttle pinned even while I clutch and shift it? I've always let off to clutch and shift then nailed it. Quote
chrisp250r Posted September 12, 2010 Report Posted September 12, 2010 thats what i do, if i dont i usually end up havin to dobule clutch Quote
bansheeseat$$ Posted September 12, 2010 Report Posted September 12, 2010 I have always held the throttle wide open when shifting if I'm racing. If I am just riding then I release the throttle and shift. Quote

superswire Posted October 14, 2010 Report Posted October 14, 2010 NOTHING sounds like a banshee being shifted without letting off the gas...Ishift the same way when racing, screw the clutch as long as i cross the line first thats all that matters Quote
popa_top2000 Posted October 15, 2010 Report Posted October 15, 2010 Hell yea shit with the throttle pinned if your racing. I have done it on every bike I've owned but now I have an override, and I love it. Quote

donkeypuncher Posted October 15, 2010 Report Posted October 15, 2010 Why dont you go to fat burger and get yourself a double cheeseburger with fries for $2.95 faggot it doesnt matter if you win by an inch or a mile, winning is winning... Quote
EvilBanshee Posted October 15, 2010 Report Posted October 15, 2010 granny shifting not double clutching like you should Lol good movie. But i dont under stand why they said that in the movie?? Your suppose to double clutch a Big rig! not a race car or a banshee!!?? If you double cluch in a race you "will" lose.. Quote
dragbanshee98 Posted October 15, 2010 Report Posted October 15, 2010 i always hold it pinned from green till finish. set up your clutch so it will activate when you slightly pull the clutch in, and no more than that. when shifting, just as your hand goes to pull the clutch in, yank another gear, dump the clutch and hang on for the power to get to the tires.
