what mm are stock pistons

i wanted to know if anyone knows what the size of a stock piston is and whats the largest i can go before i need to bore it out i am trying to avoid boring the block but would like to get a bigger pison if i can.... for anyone who knows i was having problems with the bike i ended up taking it to a good friend who builds drag banshees . he knows his shit so he is going to hook me up i just dont have the time right now to work on it.... so it is in good hands

64mm is stock bore on stock cylinders, but if you took it to a guy that knows what he is doing then why would you need to know?

LOL. HMM. Thats a very good question. You can bore up to 66mm but its not recommended. He should know that to.

dont waste your rebuild bores as they dont give you many noticed power increase.

Your 'Bud' should be able to measure the bore to determin the next size to bore to ,X-2 on not boreing more than necessary.

If your pistons are still good you can always hone it to get the cylinder walls into shap if they arent in need of a bore. If you need to bore one size up its no big deal at all. If your at all concerned about the cylinder walls just have it bored to the next size only, and get new pistons and rings. Its the only for sure way to start fresh and have no worries if you have any doubts. What parts do you need to buy. Hit me up.

no you cant put a bigger piston into there without boring it. think about it, it would be like you sticking your dick into a shampoo bottle and it just does fit. then i try to put my bigger dick into to, but it wont fit because it is bigger. you can only fit the right size piston into an engine. nothing bigger and you dont want smaller.

No one read the question right, because anyone with any engine knowledge ignored the part of trying to put a bigger piston in hole, without making the hole bigger. Anyways, for even thinking that he can just add a bigger piston, my advice is he should never touch a motor
