Yes, means .5mm bigger, so 64.50 Now, if you typed or read it wrong, it could be .050" bigger which is 65.25mm piston. .010" =.25mm

Just run a smaller rear sprocket. 3 teeth less in the rear equals 1 tooth in the front. but, why do you need to run a 17 tooth sprocket anyways. trying to do 100mph?

My 421 was 135psi with 24cc domes, so something seems wrong with yours, and I dont think the rings are gonna settle enough to get it where it should be. Also, 145psi can still handle 91 octane(according to Brandon at Wildcard racing) so you can definately have more compression with 100octane

slacker1bob replied to AKRACIN's topic in Banshee Repairs and Mods
Yeah, check the shaft first. I had a similar thing happen. I thought I had to tear into the trans, and I piulled the clutch cover and the claw just slipped off the star. Easy fix -

Hey, dont hate the turbonators, the cool name alone adds 2 HP. ha ha, dont see those anymore.
-
again, not talking about running bowls dry. But I agree hat there shouldnt be any effect. Heres a link to the auction if anyone wants to tell him hes full of crap My link
-
I know, Im not talking about running the bowls dry, but simply by boltng them on, do you gain power
-
can you gain horse Power by simply adding larger bowls? Some guy on Ebay is claiming 3hp on some 34mm oko just cuz the bowl is bigger. I dont see how there is a relation. Bigger bowls ar just to keep a big motor fed.
-
Dont know the differnce, but ditch the trinity and get CPI or Shearer. Theres a reason most use those, and not trinity
-
You shouldnt have to look at the invoice to see if its ported, just look at your cylinders. ha ha. I dont recommend just tossing 450 shocks on, all that does is jack up the front. Also, remember there is a difference between long travel and standard travel. Too many tards out there call their +2 arms with stock length shocks "long Travel". Long travel denotes the stroke of the shock, not length of arms. So you can have stock length long travel arms, and extended standard travel. I have +3 Herrman long travel arms with 18.25"(14.75" is stock) Elka quad rate shocks. Rides great. Lastly, with extended arms, it will handle the best with wheels offset to the inside

I currently have a normal cub, but fragged a piston, so Im having brandon at Wildcard do up a Serval for me. Will be interesting to see the difference. Hopefully it will be ready in 5 weeks

13/41 works great for stock or mildly built banshees. I run 14/42 on my 421. Remember, dropping a tooth in front is like adding 3 teeth on the back

larger gas tank w/ fullbore plastics?
slacker1bob replied to 2jugrider's topic in Banshee Repairs and Mods
Sweet, people are talking about my tank and cut fullbores for sale. For the record, I bought them this way, and would never sacrifice good fenders like that, but if ya like the look and dont want the guilt of cutting them yourself and making $300 fenders worth $75, Buy mine http://inlandempire.craigslist.org/mcy/1980494402.html
