Hey guy"s, Just wondering what everyone thinks is a good product to keep there plastics clean and shiny? Ive always sprayed my plastics down with WD40 but that does make the plastics collect alot of dust after a day. Just curious what other products people are using?

There are several plastic cleaners and polishes out there including some produced by 3M and Meguiars that can be bought at your local auto parts store. Any paint polish or wax will work as well as paint is indeed a plastic itself.

I wouldn't recommend wd-40 or any type of oil on your fenders, over time it can leach into the plastic and discolor them.

Pledge floor wax with ultra shine. The stuff fills in light scratches, and almost kind of coats the plastics with a protective coating.

Oh.. and it's SHINY. haha.

look at my shee in the pic!!! at work we have commercial grade floor sealant and wax.same stuff that keeps the floors shinny in supermarkets. sand with a high grit like 600 then 4 coats repeat the until its mooth like glass then maintain with mild soap and rinse. when they get shitty just sand and do it again.

i use armorall on mine and ride in the sand, it doesnt collect dust as long as you wipe it off good and dont do it the same day your gonna ride. My father n law has used it forever and never has had a discolor problem.
