The stock ones are so cheap, i rather just keep buying stock ones. No need for me to spend a lot on billet set up.

I hope your kidding as a stock OEM one retails for over $200 and the Magnum is $155. Plus the agony of the stock one breaking on one of your quad outings and tearing things up would really suck. We have never had a Magnum basket failure and have seen them hold up better than Hinson.

Jeff, i dont have access to my clymers right now(im up at school, and its at home), but is there a spec for slop between the basket and the gear? Im not sure if the cusions are worn to badly im not, the girls basket is grooved pretty badly so im sure she needs one but mines not grooved at all. Might be pickin up a couple baskets from ya, i know she needs a inner clutch hub also.

Thanks

We have it all on hand if needed. Its common to see slop in the stock basket BUT not good. The Billet one will take care of your problems for good.

FYI, there are several places that sell the stock one for less than $162, not that I would spend the money for a stocker. I think a billet is the only way to go. I don't believe in cheap engine parts, I think you get what you pay for and everybody on here knows the pitfalls of the stock basket.
