And some ideas if its not working out maybe you could try out a sinle carb manifold and just run one throtle body. Where are those throtle bodies from? camatv Posted February 5, 2010 Report Share Posted February 5, 2010 i see lots of problems already.. here are some idears. with out a plenum box the bike will be very "peaky" are the cases o-ringed? are the cylinders held on with hardened studs" are the cylinder's reinforced mounting? are the crank seals staked in or plated in? is the crank welded? does it have TZ bearings on the crank? are the reeds stiff enough to handle the turbo? does the r-6 throttle bodies and injectors able to handle the fuel demands of a turbo AND alcohol? if at idle your pushing over 85-90% your going to overcome the limits of the injectors. just a few idear's Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I know theres got to be some guys on here that have put turbos on other small engine vehicles such as a snowmachine or Raptor 700. If we can get some of them to chime in, and some guys that even deal with turbos on their car or truck to chime in like camatv did, it could help alot. You off to a good start man!
